An overview of all websites I made so far.
HappyHomePokhara
My client in Nepal Mr Happy was looking for a new website to promote his guest house HappyHomePokhara.
His guest house is located in Pokhara amidst the majextic Himalayas and serene lakes.
The rooms are designed to offer a cozy and welcoming ambiance, providing everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The goal was to create a informative, responsive website with the possibility for looking into an image gallery and use a manually booking form linked to an email-adres.
Drawing inspiration from the cozy guest houses and the warmth surroundings of Nepal Culture, I opted for a clean, simple and warm design aesthetic.
I Incorporated warm tones, natural textures to evoke a sense of tranquility and comfort, inviting visitors to book.
BachelorsBeach
BachelorsBeach.com offers luxury vacation homes that meet your needs for your next holiday to Bonaire. Rodney and Christa were looking for a new website to showcase the beautiful homes they offer to their customers. Through photos and multimedia drone video elements, they wanted to transport users to the shores of Bonaire. I tried to integrate the feeling of sun, sea, and the island’s blue beaches as best as possible in the design. Additionally, it was important for website visitors to see the availability of vacation homes. For this purpose, a one-way integration with the calendars of Airbnb and Booking.com was necessary.
De Regenboogvogel
Inspiring people to consciously choose second-hand toys more often. That’s Jessica’s mission. When we need something, we often tend to buy it new, but there’s so much fun and beautiful preloved toys out there. Selling these toys, of course, happens through this webshop.
Normally, I work according to the process outlined on my website. But in this case, Jessica had already made good progress with creating the website in WordPress. Jessica had a very clear vision of how she wanted her website to look. However, she lacked the knowledge to realize it. I helped Jessica create a well-functioning webshop, focusing particularly on the final design and achieving a proper layout. This included ensuring responsiveness on mobile and tablet devices.
Reisverslaafd
Two adventure-loving enthusiasts with a serious case of wanderlust! Having explored over 60 countries, they’re true ‘travel addicts’. But that’s not all – they’ve also become experts in moving abroad, having relocated to the tropical paradise of Bonaire in 2020. Besides their long-standing Instagram account @Reisverslaafd (Travel Addict), they felt it was about time to launch a website. Their aim? To inspire others to chase their dream lifestyles.
Their website isn’t just your average info hub – it’s a mix of pages, photos, and blogs. They wanted to keep it interesting yet organized, so visitors don’t get lost in the sea of content. And of course, they made sure to sprinkle their travel photos all over the site to keep it real and authentic. Additionally, SEO and affiliate marketing were also important here.
